| 0 0 0 The advocacy and claim taking related to GAD Plans and Budget is a constant feature of the provincial coalition plans. Some of the provinces that have been most active were Nueva Ecija, Bataan, Aurora, Negros Oriental and Occidental, Samar island, Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao and Zamboanga Sebugay. The Eastern and Western Samar provinces even conducted a food security caravan last October. |
